If you have a rough draft of the times of your event, please provide your itinerary. This will help us recommend and build the best package for your event. We have both Idle time and Live time that we can build into your package so that the photo booth is Live when your guests are able to visit it, and Idle when your guests should be focusing on things such as a meal, speeches, special dances or activities, etc.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS: 10' x 15' x 8' tall ceiling clearance with no hanging objects from the ceiling within this space. Additionally, we must be placed on a flat, dry, and stable ground with no objects on the ground within the space. Backdrop must be placed against a solid and stable wall to prevent liability issues with guests leaning on it and tipping over.
ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS: One 110V, 15 amps, 3 prong standard, dedicated outlet within 15 feet from our designated area is required.
OUTDOOR ADD-ON (extra cost): Overhead shelter or full shade is required for our setup if temperatures are in excess of 80 degrees F outdoors during any time that we are onsite at the venue (this includes setup, event, or tear down). Our equipment is made of electronics that cannot withstand hot, direct sun for long periods of time. If there are strong winds, we must also be sheltered from the wind. Our backdrop, flash umbrella, and props may be damaged in strong winds/gusts and are a liability issues to guests. We have both a Canopy and a Generator option that can be added. The canopy option will include a canopy with appropriate ceiling clearance, stabilizer bars, walls to block sun and mild wind, sandbag weights, and the extra set-up time/personnel. Our Generator option includes a generator to provide electricity to our equipment for the time our photo booth shall be in service at your event.
